1. Start in a low ginga stance.
2. Swing your arms forward while leaning back.
3. Lift your legs and push off the ground with your hands.
4. Land back on the ground gracefully.

Difficulty Level

Do all you can to not fall on your head!!!!

Meia Lua de Frente

1. Begin in a ginga stance.
2. Rotate your body and kick with the front leg in a semi-circle motion.
3. Bring your leg back to the starting position.
4. Maintain balance throughout the movement.

1. Pivot on your supporting foot. 2. Swing your other leg in an arc motion to kick the target. 3. Keep your upper body upright and core engaged. 4. Return to the starting position with control.

1. Lower your body into a crouched position.
2. Extend one leg to the side while keeping the other bent.
3. Use your arms for support and balance.
4. Transition smoothly in and out of the negativa.

1. Perform a regular aù.
2. Kick one leg out to the side in a swift motion.
3. Bring the leg back in before landing.
4. Focus on agility and speed during the kick.
